The will provided for distribution of the land to the deceased's two widows, not directly to the Plaintiff or Defendants. The Public Trustee, acting on a letter from the County Commissioner rather than the court's confirmed grant, subdivided and distributed the land to the children, including the Plaintiff, without proper succession to the widows' estates.
