However, the applicant failed to demonstrate how execution of the money decree would cause her substantial loss, as required under Order 42 rule 6(2) of the Civil Procedure Rules. The mere fact of execution or the risk thereof does not amount to substantial loss, and the applicant did not provide evidence that the respondent would be unable to refund the decretal sum if the appeal succeeded.
