The Registrar did not comply with the statutory requirements for service of notices under sections 18 and 50 of the Societies Act, nor did he provide the respondents with an opportunity to be heard as required by Article 47 of the Constitution and the Fair Administrative Action Act, 2015. The Registrar's letters were not sent by registered post, and there was no evidence that the respondents received them.
