The evidence showed that the 1st Defendant, not the 2nd Defendant, removed the Plaintiff's equipment from the premises. There was no direct evidence of forcible eviction by the 2nd Defendant. Furthermore, at the time the 2nd Defendant's lease was registered, there was no registered lease in favour of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff also failed to prove that the 2nd Defendant maliciously induced the 3rd Defendant to breach its contract with the Plaintiff.
