The record of appeal was required to be filed within 60 days of lodging the notice of appeal, which, after proper computation of time under rule 3, meant the deadline was 11th April 2022. The record was filed on 21st April 2022, 10 days late. The application to strike out was filed within 30 days of service of the record of appeal, making it competent.
