Ruling
1. David Oduor Victor was convicted vide Kisumu Chief Magistrate Criminal Case No. E031 of 2023 of the offence of having or conveying suspected stolen property contrary to section 323 of the Penal Code.
2. He was sentenced to serve one (1) year in prison on 17th January 2023 and is due for release on 17th September 2023.
3. As the convict has already served the term sentence as at the time of sentence Revision according to the Review Report of 14th August 2023, this matter is overtaken by events.
4. The file is therefore closed.
