RULING
This is an application by the appellant/applicant seeking that he be released on bond pending the hearing and determination of the appeal. The application is opposed by the state.
I have considered the application and goods adduced. I decline to grant the application but direct that the Counsel for the applicant do file the appeal and same be heard on 6. 8.2019.
