The plaintiff entered into a valid, written, and witnessed contract for the purchase of three acres of L.R THIKA/MUNYU/361 from the late Sophia Athumani, paid the full purchase price, and took possession. The administrators of the estate are bound to complete the transfer in accordance with the contract.
