1I have gone through the notice of motion application dated July 24, 2023 filed under certificate of urgency and the supporting affidavit of the applicant, Elias Sikuku Wanjala, seeking sentence review, and order as follows:1. That the matter is not certified urgent.2. That the lower court file be availed untyped without fail within 60 days and not later than September 27, 2023. 3.That the application and order of this court be served upon the respondent within 7 days from the date hereof.4. That upon service, the respondent to file a response within 14 days.5. That this matter shall be mentioned on November 9, 2023 for directions.
