1. The applicant filed a notice of motion dated 17th January 2025 seeking orders of revision. The application is supported by an affidavit sworn by the applicant’s advocate Nick Omari. Directions were issued and the matter was set down for hearing on 10th March 2025.
2. On 10th March 2025, neither the applicant nor the counsel was present to prosecute the application.
3. The application is consequently dismissed for want of prosecution.
