The supervisory and review powers conferred by Article 165(6) of the Constitution and the Criminal Procedure Code are limited to subordinate courts and do not extend to superior courts. The reliefs sought by the applicant, including declarations of unconstitutionality of the mandatory death penalty and orders for resentencing, cannot be entertained at this stage since the appellate process has been exhausted.
