The award made by the tribunal, and all subsequent court orders and subdivisions based on it, were therefore null and void ab initio. The 1st Defendant, having obtained registration of Loc 17/Iganjo/3721 in her name through a process founded on a void tribunal award and acting beyond the scope of her limited grant ad litem, acquired no valid title.
