The Summons for revocation or annulment of grant substantially complied with Form 107, and there was no legal requirement for the supporting affidavit to specify whether revocation or annulment was sought, as the Summons itself clearly stated the reliefs. The Summons was properly signed by the Deputy Registrar. The responsibility for placing the application before the court for directions under rule 44(3) is that of the Registrar, not the applicant, and any non-compliance cannot be attributed to the applicant. Furthermore, the objection regarding service of notice under Form 68 was dismissed...
