Such concealment contravenes Section 76 of the Law of Succession Act and Rule 26 of the Probate and Administration Rules, rendering both grants liable to revocation. The evidence did not support the Petitioner's claim that the Nambale land was held in trust for him and his brother; the land was registered solely in the deceased's name, and the sale agreement named the deceased as the purchaser.
