The Chamber found that Bagosora, Ntabakuze, and Nsengiyumva exercised superior responsibility over subordinates who committed genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes, and that they ordered, aided, or abetted specific massacres and attacks against Tutsi civilians and political opponents.
