The Court of Appeal has no jurisdiction to entertain an appeal from the Employment Tribunal's computation of salaries after remittal from the Supreme Court, as there is no statutory right of appeal from the Tribunal to the Court of Appeal. The Supreme Court was functus officio after its judgment and remittal. The notice of appeal was not lodged within thirty days of the Supreme Court's judgment, violating rule 18(1) of The Court of Appeal of Seychelles Rules 2023.
