Procedural Posture

Urgent Application / Application for Legal Aid Orders Separated From Main Relief Under Rule 33(4); Adjudication of Prayers 39, 40, and 41.

  1. 1 Does the High Court have jurisdiction to order legal aid for applicants in land restitution matters governed by the Restitution of Land Rights Act.
