APPLICANT VERSUS FAIZA JAFARJEE...................................... RESPONDENT RULING Date of last Order: 05/11/2020 Date of Ruling: 05/11/2020 Z.G.Muruke, J. Applicant filed present revision on 30th September, 2019. Since filing she was represented only once, by her personal representative Mr. Joseph Makasi on 08th July, 2020. Since then, no appearance has ever been made, despite several court orders. This is not health, as applicant is the one who knowed the door of this court. Court orders has to be complied with. None compliance of court orders not only is a disrespect, but create chaos on entire administration of justice, this cannot be left to continue. From the records applicant has lost interest to prosecute her case filed eight (8) month ago.
