Since filing of this application for revision, applicant made appearance just once on 23th January, 2020. This matter started at Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA) on March, 2019. It is now 18 months since filed at Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA). Applicant appeared only once for 18 months despite several court orders. It is worth noting that court orders has to be respected and complied with. None compliance not only is sign of disrespect, but create chaos on entire administration of justice, these should not be left to happen. Without wasting much time, Revision application number 61/2019 dismissed for want of prosecution as correctly prayed by the respondent representative and in terms of this court records.
