Since filing no appearance has ever been made despite several court orders. That is not proper. Court orders has to be complied with. None compliance not only a sign of disrespect but create chaos on entire administration of justice. That cannot be left to continue. None appearance by applicant for 11 months is a sign of loss of interest to prosecute the application. Accordingly Misc application number 695/2019 is dismissed for want of prosecutions.
