Ratio Decidendi

The appellant's application was filed outside the 14-day period prescribed by the court order of 26th November 2009. Section 19(2) of the Law of Limitation Act does not apply to time limits set by court order for filing applications for prerogative orders. The appellant should have sought an extension of time under section 93 of the Civil Procedure Code. The appeal is without merit and is dismissed.
