For the Applicant - Mr. Daimu, Advocate For the 1st Respondent For the 2nd Respondent [ absent For the 3rd Respondent C.C. Abedi Mr. Daimu for the Applicant My lord, through the assistance of this court, we have struck a deed of settlement in this case. The terms of settlement have been filed in this court. Order: This matter has been settled between the parties through the assistance of this court upon the following terms:- 1. That, the Applicant shall pay a sum o f shs.4,995/510/= vide cheque No.005572 to Mwajabu Ramadhani Magomba the wife and the legal representative of the 3rd Respondent (deceased). 2. That, after payment of the said amount there shall be no other or further claims from the Respondent, his heirs or assignees against the Applicant on the 3rd Respondents entitlements in respect o f his employment with the Applicant and in regard to this matter. The first mentioned term of Agreement has been accomplished before me today. Mwajabu Ramadhani Magomba has received from counsel for the Applicant Mr. Daimu a cheque of shs.4,955,510/= mentioned herein. /C^hangwa^ JUDGE 28/2/2008
