APPLICANT VERSUS ELIAS PETER DOGAN.................................... RESPONDENT RULING Date of last Order 12/04/2021 Date of Ruling:12/04/2021 Z.G.Muruke, J. Applicant filed present revision on 11st November, 2019. Not only applicant has not appeared but also has not served respondent for almost 17 month since revision filed, despite several court orders. Court orders once issued must be complied with. None compliance of court orders not only is sign of disrespect, but create chaos on entire administration of justice. This cannot be left to continue. By not serving respondent and appearing, applicant has turned this court into library of litigants court files.
