102.-(1) There shall be an Executive for Zanzibar which shall be known Revolutionary as “the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar” which shall have authority in Government of Zanzibar and Zanzibar over all matters which are not Union Matters in accordance with the its jurisdiction provisions of this Constitution. Act No. 45 (2) Subject to the provisions contained in this and the following Articles of 1980 in this Chapter of this Constitution, the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar Art.55 shall be constituted and shall exercise its authority in accordance with the Act No.15 of 1984 provisions of this Constitution and the Constitution of Zanzibar, 1984.
