38.-(1) The President shall be elected by the citizen in accordance with President the provisions of this Constitution and in accordance with the law enacted by Act No.14 of 1979 Parliament pursuant to the provisions of this Constitution, making provisions Art.3; concerning the election of the President. (3) The office of President shall not be deemed to be vacant by reason only that the National Assembly has passed a motion of no confidence in the Prime Minister.
