86.-(1) There shall be held an election of the Speaker at the first sitting of electing the first meeting of National Assembly, and at any first sitting of the National Speaker and Deputy Assembly immediately after the occurrence of a vacancy in the office of Speaker. Speaker (2) There shall be held an election of the Deputy Speaker at any time Act No.15 during the first meeting of the National Assembly, which time shall be appointed of 1984 by the National Assembly, and during the first sitting of the National Assembly Art.14 immediately after the office of Deputy Speaker falls vacant. (3) The election of a Speaker as well as that of Deputy Speaker shall be by secret ballot and shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Standing Orders of the National Assembly.
