116.-(1) Subject to the provisions of subarticle (2), the Chief Justice shall Act No.15 have no power over any matter concerning the structure and administration of the of 1984 Art.25 day-to-day business of the courts established in accordance with the Constitution and 26 of Zanzibar, 1984, or any law of Tanzania Zanzibar.
