Official sourcePublic debt (1) A public debt shall be a charge on the Consolidated Fund or other public fund. (2) For the purposes of this Article, “public debt” includes the interest on that debt, sinking fund payments in respect of that debt and the costs, charges and expenses incidental to the management of that debt. [Article 208 added by section 8 of Act 2 of 2016]
