1. This Act may be cited as the Constitution of Zambia Short titleConstitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act, 2016
2. The Constitution is amended by the repeal of the Preamble Repeal andConstitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act, 2016
3. The Constitution is amended by the repeal of Parts I and IIConstitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act, 2016

5. The Constitution is amended by the renumbering of Part VConstitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act, 2016
