Official sourcePresidential address to National Assembly and presidential messages (1) The President shall, at least twice in every year, attend and address the National Assembly. (2) The President may, at any time during the term of Parliament, send a message to the National Assembly which shall be read by the Leader of Government Business or by a Minister designated by the President.
