Police Public Complaints Commission (1) There is established the Police Public Complaints Commission. (2) The Police Public Complaints Commission shall— (a) receive and investigate complaints against police actions; (b) investigate complaints against police actions which result in serious injury or death of a person; (c) make recommendations to the appropriate institution or authority for action; and (d) perform such other functions as prescribed.
