Official sourceJurisdiction of High Court The High Court has, subject to Article 128— (a) unlimited and original jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters; (b) appellate and supervisory jurisdiction, as prescribed; and (c) jurisdiction to review decisions, as prescribed.
