Executive (1) The President shall continue to serve as President for Cap. 1 the unexpired term of that office as specified by the Constitution in Cap. 1 accordance with the Constitution. (2) A person holding the post of Vice-President, Minister or Deputy Minister shall continue to hold that position under the Cap. 1 Constitution until that appointment is terminated by the President in Cap. 1 accordance with the Constitution.
