Official sourceJudicial Service Commission (1) There is established the Judicial Service Commission. (2) The Judicial Service Commission shall— (a) constitute offices in the Judicial Service; (b) make recommendations to the President on the appointment of judges; (c) appoint, confirm, promote and hear appeals from judicial officers; and (d) carry out a function provided for in this Constitution, or as prescribed.
