Official sourceCivil Service (1) There is established the Civil Service. (2) The office of the Secretary to the Cabinet, Secretary to the Treasury, Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet, civil servants, the members of staff of the Civil Service Commission and other public officers as prescribed, are offices in the Civil Service. [Article 221 added by section 8 of Act 2 of 2016]
