Pensions, The law applicable to pensions, gratuities or emoluments

Pensions, The law applicable to pensions, gratuities or emoluments gratuities and other in respect of public officers shall be the law that was in force at benefits the date on which those benefits were granted or any law in force at a later date that is not less favourable to the public officers.
