Official sourceRight to petition and make comments (1) A citizen may petition the National Assembly to initiate the enactment, amendment or repeal of legislation. (2) A citizen may comment on a deliberation, statement or decision of the National Assembly. (3) The manner of petitioning and commenting referred to in this Article shall be prescribed.
