Official sourceState Audit Commission (1) There is established the State Audit Commission. (2) The State Audit Commission shall— (a) subject to Article 249 (2) oversee the operations of the office of the Auditor-General, as prescribed; (b) make recommendations to the President on the appointment of the Auditor-General; and (c) perform such other functions as prescribed.
