Official sourceOath of office and prescribed oaths A person assuming a public office, member of the House of Chiefs, and presidential appointee, shall take an Oath of Office and such other oath, as prescribed, before carrying out the duties of office. [Article 260 added by section 8 of Act 2 of 2016]
