Advisory Committee on prerogative of mercy (1) There shall be an Advisory Committee on the prerogative of mercy which shall consist of persons appointed by the President. (2) The Advisory Committee shall advise the President on an action or a decision to be taken in relation to a person convicted of an offence by a court or court-martial. (3) A member of the Advisory Committee shall hold office at the pleasure of the President. (4) The President may preside at a meeting of the Advisory Committee.
