Official sourceTeaching Service Commission (1) There is established the Teaching Service Commission. (2) The Teaching Service Commission shall— (a) constitute offices in the Teaching Service; (b) appoint, confirm, promote and hear appeals from officers of the Teaching Service; and (c) perform such other functions as prescribed.
