About this statute
This provision changes the wording in subitems 5.8.1 and 5.8.3.2 of the Annex, replacing “de 1996 e 1997” with “de 1996 a 1999”. This article changes specified annex subitems so that “1998” is replaced with “de 2000 a 1997”. This complementary law takes effect on the date it is published. Only goods intended for use or consumption in the establishment, and entered from 1 January 2000 onward, give rise to credit.
