About this statute

This law enters into force on the date it is published. The funds needed to open the credit referred to in Article 1 come from a partial cancellation of budget appropriations listed in Annex II of this law. A special budget credit of R$ 2,000,000 is opened for the Ministry of Health. The 2004-2007 Plurianual Plan must incorporate the change set out in Annex III of this Law, in line with art. 5, §11 of Law No. 10.933/2004.
