About this statute
Os membros do Poder Judiciário, do Ministério Público e das Defensorias Públicas devem ser aposentados compulsoriamente aos 75 anos, com proventos proporcionais ao tempo de contribuição. This provision states that the law concerns compulsory retirement by age with proportional benefits for certain public agents. This Complementary Law enters into force on the date it is published. This article repeals item I of article 1 of Complementary Law No. 51 of 20 December 1985.
