Foreign corporations generally follow the registration rules for juridical persons, unless a specific law or regulation says otherwise. If a foreign corporation has been recognized to establish an office, the office registration application must be filed by its directors or its representative in the Republic of China, and the application must include specified certified documents. 夫妻財產制契約登記，原則上由夫妻住所地法院管轄；特定情況下可由居所地法院管轄，仍不能定管轄時則由司法院所在地法院管轄。前二項登記事務由地方法院登記處辦理。 If a registered domicile or residence moves outside the original court’s jurisdiction, the move must be reported. 登記處應備置夫妻財產制契約登記簿。 夫妻財產制契約登記原則上要由雙方共同聲請；如果契約已公證，也可以由一方聲請。法院依民法宣告改用分別財產制時，則應在裁判確定後囑託登記處登記。
