About this statute
主管機關在證券交易所設立後，若發現申請書或附帶文件有虛偽記載，或有其他違反法令的行為，可以撤銷其特許或許可。 （刪除） 主管機關可以用命令規定證券交易所業務的指導、監督及負責人和業務人員的管理事項。 會員制證券交易所原則上適用民法，且其會員限於證券自營商及證券經紀商。 會員制證券交易所的會員人數不得少於七人。
