RSA 284:12. Rulemaking.

The lottery commission shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: I. Holding running or harness horse races or meets for public exhibition. II. The operation of racetracks on which running or harness horse race meets are held and the facilities where simulcast of running or harness horse racing or dog racing are presented.
