RSA 378:1-a. Exceptions.
Excepted local exchange carriers must post the rates, fares, charges, prices, terms, and conditions of their services on a publicly available website. The chapter does not apply to end users of an excepted local exchange carrier or to services provided to those end users, subject to the stated exceptions.
