RSA 175:4. Advertising.
The commission may advertise and regulate liquor and beverage advertising, but billboard advertising within the state is prohibited. Licensees and state liquor stores must post a warning statement in a prominent, conspicuous place. Commission funds for this purpose are to be split 80% for out-of-state media and 20% for
