RSA 237:26. Encumbered Tolls Nonlapsing.
Encumbered appropriations do not lapse until the purpose of the encumbrance is completed, and the commissioner of administrative services must send a list of lapsing-time extensions within 2 weeks after each regular legislative session convenes.
